Braemar Presbyterian Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our award winning team in our High Care Facility, Braemar House.
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 5years experience as a Registered Nurse
- A high level of clinical skill and knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of ACFI and associated documentation
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Experience within an Aged Care environment will be highly regarded.
