Low Care

Braemar Presbyterian Care offers low care services designed to support and encourage our residents to maintain their independance in a home like environment. All residents in either Braemar Lodge or Braemar Village low care facilities, benefit from a vast range of services that enhance their quality of life. Our low care service includes assistance to those suffering with dementia.

Our services include:

• Diversional therapy
• Podiatry
• Dietician
• Counselling
• Speech Therapy

A wide range of social activities are offered, suited to individual capability.

Residents can choose their own doctor or medical specialist to provide their treatment. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange for our visiting medical practitioners to deliver the necessary medical care.

Resident Care plans are developed in consultation with the resident, their family and health care professionals. At every step, we strive to ensure the dignity of our residents and preserve their independence whenever possible.
