Your Home

Braemar Gardens is designed for independent living in a supportive environment. For couples, retirement is required for one partner. Residents furnish their own unit as they wish. Carports are available for residents with cars.

Community Activities

While independent living is the hallmark of Braemar Gardens, it is done within a community setting. Our communal hall is regularly used and frequent events are organised to benefit the social lives of our residents. The hall can be reserved for personal activities with family and friends.

Leafy Suburb

The tranquil suburb of Bicton is home to Braemar Gardens. Our residents enjoy landscaped gardens, quiet streets with wide verges and mature trees. We’re close to public transportation, a public golf course and the popular Point Walter jetty on the Swan River.

Low Maintenance Living

The property at Braemar Gardens is maintained for the residences. Building maintenance including external painting, service maintenance, road and pathway repairs, grass cutting, garbage removal, general gardening and periodic inspection of buildings and equipment is provided.

Entry Contribution

An Entry Contribution is required for all our residences. The rate for Entry Contributions is determined by the type of unit. A monthly Service Fee is levied to fund the operation costs of the complex.
